The Michelin Guide Street Food Festival has returned for its 3rd edition, and this year, foodies get to savour eats from 15 restaurants and bell-ringer stalls listed in the Michelin Guide Singapore 2018.
Taking place over three days from Feb 22 to 24, with two sessions running per day at The Coliseum in Resorts Earth Sentosa, this year's festival sees local favourites as well as Australian, Japanese, Sichuan and more cuisines besiege on i tabular array.
Out of the total of fifteen establishments, 10 are new, including one-Michelin-starred Burnt Ends, which is presenting its pulled pork shoulder Burnt Ends Sanger, and Jamaican Chicken with Lime Crema and Steak Frites.
From Ola Cocina del Mar, there are Tomato Gazpacho, Castilian Paella with Iberico Pork, and Peruvian Marinated Chicken Skewers.
Rounding up the list of ten new establishments are Pondok Makan Republic of indonesia, Rang Mahal, Shisen Hanten, Toritama Shirokane and True Blue Cuisine.
Returning participants include New Ubin Seafood, Char and Traditional Haig Route Putu Piring, Zhong Guo La Mian Xiao Long Bao, and Maguro-donya Miura-Misaki-Kou.
